BLAINE, Minn. – LindFast Solutions Group (“LSG”) announced the promotion of Joe Carlier to Vice President of Sales, AZ Wire & Cable, effective immediately.
In his new role, Carlier will lead AZ Wire & Cable’s outside sales organization, global account teams, oversee strategic customer relationships, and support the company’s continued growth across electrical distribution, wire and cable, and related markets. He will also play a key role in strengthening partnerships with industry buying groups and expanding AZ Wire & Cable’s presence within key customer segments throughout North America.
This promotion reflects LSG’s ongoing commitment to investing in leadership, enhancing customer relationships, and building the organizational capabilities necessary to support long-term growth.
Carlier has extensive experience in electrical distribution, sales leadership, and customer relationship management. Throughout his career, he has established a reputation for developing strong customer partnerships, driving commercial growth, and helping organizations create meaningful value for customers through responsive service, technical expertise, and strategic collaboration.
As AZ Wire & Cable continues to expand its capabilities and market presence, Carlier’s leadership will help further align the organization’s sales strategy by evolving customer needs while strengthening the relationships that have long been a cornerstone of the business.
