Nora Lighting Sales Managers Boughton and Satterfield Retire

COMMERCE, CA  — Nora Lighting sales managers Doug Boughton and Rick Satterfield have announced they are retiring from the company, reported Fred Farzan, president of Nora Lighting.

Boughton, who has worked with Nora since 2011, is national accounts sales manager. Satterfield, affiliated with Nora since 2002, is southeast regional sales manager.

“Nora Lighting has experienced exceptional growth and successful sales achievements in the territories covered by Doug and Rick,” said Farzan.

“They are both highly-respected professionals and Nora has been fortunate to have them on our team,” he said. “Doug and Rick are also good friends and the entire Nora staff is saddened to see them leave.”

At Nora, Boughton directed all national accounts sales activities. He has worked in the industry since 1970 when he joined the Westinghouse Corporation Lighting Division. Since that time he has also worked with Hubbell Lighting National Accounts, CD Controls and Liberty Lighting Associates rep agency.

Satterfield handled Nora sales activities throughout the southeastern U.S., including Puerto Rico. He has worked in the industry since 1998 when he joined Simkar. Previously he was employed with building supply firms, including Owens Corning.
