HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — NSi Industries, LLC recently hired Janet Caruso as National Account Manager. Caruso comes to NSi Industries with more than 20 years of experience in electrical sales and marketing. She started her career with Affiliated Distributors and later worked for Omni Cable as a marketing manager. Most recently, she worked as National Account Manager for Houston Wire & Cable Company.
When asked about her decision to join NSi, Caruso stated, “I’m excited to be here and I’m already impressed by the NSi Industries organization as a whole. We are poised to accelerate growth with our expanded breadth of products and our continued best-in-class customer relations.”
According to David DiDonato, Chief Operating Officer, “Janet has great experience working with distributors across the electrical industry. Her style, reputation and skill set made her a great fit for NSi’s National Accounts team. We’re very happy to have her heading up our efforts with some our most important customers.” Caruso will report directly to DiDonato and will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key national clients. Caruso served in the United State Marine Corps as part of JAG as a Legal Service Specialist.
NSi Industries also announced the appointment of Anthony Jones Sr. as Technical Customer Service Representative. Jones comes to NSi Industries with more than 12 years of experience in technical customer support for monitoring and support centers. He started his career with Carrier and most recently worked as a BAS Specialist for Vanguard.
When asked about his decision to join NSi, Jones stated, ” This is a great fit with what I have been doing for the past 12 years. After learning the history of NSI Industries, I knew that this is a company at which I can help manage day-to-day operations, work on special projects, and continue to provide excellent customer and technical service.”
According to James Little, Regional Applications Manager, ” We’re happy to have Anthony as a new member of our Tech Support team. NSi provides expert technical support and service to all of its customers, and Anthony is a welcomed addition to the team.” Jones will report directly to Little and will be responsible for interacting with customers and providing technical support.
