HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — NSi Industries announced that company president Randall Parian has elected to retire from the company at the end of November 2015. Parian has served in various leadership positions with the company for 25 years, and more than 40 years in the electrical industry. During his career, Parian was an industry leader, actively participating in many electrical association events, was instrumental in building the sales strategy at NSi Industries, and most recently served as President of the company.
According to Axel Rasmussen, Chairman of the Board and company founder, “Randall played a huge role in helping NSi grow throughout his years with the company by his knowledge of the industry, our products and his approachable style.” Rasmussen also said, “He will be missed by the entire organization but has certainly earned the time to focus on his family and other interests. Randall leaves a legacy not just within NSi but also within our industry.”
Bruce Bittner, CEO, stated that, “Randall’s guidance and counsel during the transition in leadership over the past couple of years was invaluable, both to me personally and to our entire leadership team. As we move into the next growth cycle for NSi Industries, we will take this knowledge and infuse his passion into everything we do moving forward.”
