WEST CHESTER, PA – Omni Cable, headquartered in West Chester, PA, is proud to announce the hire of Jill Schadler as Head of People and Development.
In this new executive leadership role, Schadler will lead Omni Cable’s Human Resource Department and partner with the Senior Leadership Team to align human resource objectives with the company’s strategic initiatives.

Jill’s deep expertise and proven track record of success overseeing small and large-scale human resource initiatives makes her well-positioned to engage and empower our employees,” said SteveGlinski, Omni Cable’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Schadler is excited to be a part of the Omni Cable culture, which focuses on employee satisfaction and success. “I was instantly intrigued with the business model in place,” she said. “As I met the leaders of Omni Cable, I was convinced that they were smart and ahead of their time with their thoughts around the most important asset of the business model… the people.”
Schadler brings a wealth of experience to the position. Prior to Omni Cable, she served as Sr. Director, Global Human Resources at Teleflexwhere she focused on strategic human resource development, talent acquisition & management, program & benefit enhancements, and communications. Before that, she held similar positions at Shire Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Merck & Co., Inc.
Schadler received her BS in Human Resource Management from Juniata College and earned her MBA in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.
