WEST CHESTER, Pa. — Omni Cable, headquartered in West Chester, Pa., is proud to announce that its ESOP Committee received the Annual Awards for Communications Excellence (AACE) in the printed material category at The ESOP Association’s Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.
According to The ESOP Association, the award recognizes excellence in the use of original, printed informational materials which are used to communicate the company’s ESOP to employee-owners, customers, or the community.
Omni Cable’s ESOP Committee received the AACE for their ESOP 365 yearbook. The book highlights employee-owner events, awards, and news throughout the year.
Jeanine Bilotta, Omni Cable ESOP Trustee, and Jim Staeger, Omni Cable ESOP Committee Member, accepted the award in May at The ESOP Association’s 39th Annual Conference. “It was a tremendous honor to accept this award on behalf of the ESOP Committee and owners of our company,” said Bilotta. “This yearbook is a great way to highlight our ESOP spirit and celebrate our company’s core values,” she added.
