Judging for tED magazine’s 2021 Best of the Best Marketing Awards Competition took place in late April. Over the course of a week, our four judges weighed the entries submitted for the contest’s 11 categories. Ultimately, 42 entries were determined winners, with two companies—OneSource Distributors and ABB Electrification—taking home the honor of Best of the Best Overall Distributor and Best of the Best Overall Supplier, respectively.
The honor of the Best of the Best Overall Distributor was awarded to OneSource Distributors, headquartered in Oceanside, California. Among its winning categories for a distributor with more than $700 million in revenue were Brand Awareness, Integrated Promotional Campaign, Product Launch, Selling Tool, and Video.
For the Brand Awareness category, OneSource communicated vital information about a corporate and CDC move to a new facility in Fullerton, Calif. in August of 2020.
Work on the “Safety Solutions Campaign” (Integrated Promotional Campaign) began in March 2020 when the OneSource team curated a selection of products for COVID-19 safety.
The comment from the judges on OneSource’s Product Launch was, “We absolutely loved this video! The entire campaign was very well done and generated really good results.”
