BELL GARDENS, Calif. – Orbit Industries is pleased to announce the promotion of Aaron Salazar to the position of Regional Sales Manager. In this new role, he will be responsible for managing the sales territory of Bob Jones & Associates (AZ and S. NV), and the Inland Empire, CA.
Before Orbit, Salazar gained valuable experience working at C.E.D., where he held roles such as Counter Sales and Inside Sales. After that, he worked Parrish-Hare at the distribution level from 2018-2019. In 2019, Aaron Salazar joined Orbit Industries as a Factory Sales Representative. Since then, he has consistently demonstrated his exceptional people skills.
As a seasoned sales representative, Salazar possesses a valuable attribute that sets him apart in the industry – his exceptional people skills. He is a natural when it comes to interpersonal communication and is highly adept at building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Salazar states, “I am proud to represent Orbit, I feel like we are in a very unique position. As a privately held company, we are open to various possibilities when it comes to requests from customers & contractors. We are willing to entertain lots of options and we make it happen fast.”
When asked, “How do you approach building relationships with potential customers?”, he points out that it’s never as easy as it seems because everyone is different. But that is where his strength comes in — “Because of my experiences and past positions I know a lot of the behind-the-scenes, from distribution to outside sales, so I know and have seen how things get done.”
Navid Nikayin, the Director of Sales & Marketing expressed excitement about Aaron’s potential for growth within the company, “Over the course of his four-year tenure at Orbit, Aaron has demonstrated a steadfast work ethic and established strong professional relationships with both contractors and distributors.”
