MANCHESTER, United Kingdom — Pentair announced that it has completed the acquisition of ERICO Global Company.
Based in Solon, Ohio, ERICO is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of engineered electrical and fastening products for electrical, mechanical and civil applications. ERICO has 1,200 employees in 30 countries with recognized brands including CADDY(R) fixing, fastening and support products; ERICO(R) electrical grounding, bonding and connectivity products; and LENTON(R) engineered systems.
“ERICO is a strategic and complementary acquisition for Pentair,” said Randall J. Hogan, Pentair Chairman and CEO. “As a key growth platform within Pentair’s Technical Solutions business, it expands our presence in both the commercial and infrastructure sectors with a broader and stronger offering for our customers.”
