AMSTERDAM, the Netherlands — Royal Philips announced that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) appointed Abhijit Bhattacharya as a member of the Board of Management, effective December 18, 2015.
Abhijit Bhattacharya is a member of Philips’ Executive Committee and he became the CFO of Royal Philips in October, when Ron Wirahadiraksa resigned.
