KANKAKEE, Ill. — Gordon Electric Supply is pleased to announce that on January 1st, 2017, its sister company, Pontiac Electric Supply in Pontiac, Ill., merged with Gordon. This merger comes alongside the retirement of Roger and Camilla Winterland. They have been owner/operators of Pontiac Electric Supply since it was established with Howard Gordon, previous owner of Gordon Electric Supply, in 1972. Pontiac Electric Supply will be maintaining its current name, location, and staff, but will now be operating as Gordon’s third physical location.
Customers from both companies will benefit from their accounts and pricing being available at all three locations and online. Customers will also enjoy new product lines, increased inventory, and competitive pricing.
