CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — R/B Sales Corporation and Precision Electrical Sales Company announced that they have entered into an agreement for R/B Sales Corporation to purchase Precision Electrical Sales Company. The acquisition expands R/B Sales Corporation’s geography to include Kansas and the western half of Missouri.
The transaction is expected to be completed by August 1st, 2016. Additional information will be shared with the marketplace as it becomes available.

Basham has owned Precision Electrical Sales Co. since March 2005.
