Allen Kalkomey joins Rep Materials Company (RMC) as Vice President of Commercial Operations, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in operations and manufacturing with a focus on the electrical and lighting industries.
Throughout his career, Kalkomey has held senior leadership roles spanning sales, operations, and general management, helping organizations accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and develop strong teams.
