Robroy Announces Promotion, Welcomes Two New Team Members

Robroy Industries Raceway Division recently announced a promotion and an addition to its team.

Sara Goulart

Sara Goulart was promoted to the role of Human Resources Specialist. Goulart joined Robroy Industries Raceway Division as Receptionist/HR Support in August of 2019. Since she started with Robroy Industries, Goulart has demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond for the organization whether it has been embracing new HR responsibilities or taking on tasks that traditionally “live” outside of the HR department.

Goulart embodies several of the core fundamentals that continue to shape Robroy’s culture into a wonderful place to work. She is always sure to Get Clear on Expectations and Makes Quality Personal as well. She is always willing to learn on the job, Committed to Lifelong Learning, and is currently pursuing her B.A.A.S degree with a concentration in Business Occupations.

Robroy Industries Raceway President, Steve Voelzke states, “We are excited to see Sara flourish within our organization. Her commitment to Robroy and desire to grow within the HR Department proves she is the right person for the position. She is dedicated to our culture and making Robroy a great place to work.”

Raven Parker

Meanwhile, Raven Parker joined the team as Executive Assistant. Her previous work experience includes Executive Assistant at a natural gas company, Langley Energy located in Dallas, Texas as well as Executive Assistant for a steel erector company, Huerta Steel Erectors. When asked what attracted her to the organization, Parker stated, “I read up on the company and saw how established it was. I accepted because this job is something I truly enjoy doing. Also, the energy in the office is clean and positive.”

In her role as Executive Assistant, Parker will manage scheduling and workflow of the Raceway Division President, along with providing support to the executive management team and overall company operations.

Robroy Industries Raceway President, Steve Voelzke states, “Raven’s previous work experience as an Executive Assistant and the understanding of the culture here at Robroy will serve her well in her new position. We are excited to have Raven aboard.”

Jennifer Croley

Lastly, Jennifer Croley joined the team as Inventory and Receiving Supervisor. Jennifer brings with her 20 years of experience within supply chain and distribution previously working for Saddle Creek Logistics and Kuehne + Nagel. She began working right out of high school and loved the business so much, she worked her way up to a senior management position.

When asked what attracted her to Robroy, Jennifer stated, “The culture and high focus on associates along with it being a family-owned company, is a big draw. I am excited for the knowledge to be gained in a new field.”

In her new role as Inventory and Receiving Supervisor for Robroy Industries Raceway Division, Jennifer will be responsible for helping us implement an incoming receiving inspection process, improve our receiving and picking process, drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and exception investigation, and help us with our strategic warehouse layout.

Robroy Industries Supply Chain Manager, Brett Thrasher states, “Jennifer’s experience and tenacity will serve her well as part of our team. She has a track record of excellence, and we are excited to have her aboard.”
