Robroy Industries Conduit Division has announced the hiring of Eric Greear as plant manager.
Eric brings more than 17 years of experience in manufacturing management from the aerospace and consumer products industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
Steve Voelzke, president of the Robroy Industries Conduit Division, states: “We are pleased to add Eric to our staff. He is a results-driven operations leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, lean processes, budget development, data mining and analytics, systems implementation, and project management. Eric has the ability to identify our company’s areas for improvement and knows how to optimize operational efficiency and cost cutting to increase immediate and long-term profitability. We look forward to his future contributions to our overall manufacturing efforts and its impact on our company’s planning and growth.”
