Robroy Industries Conduit Division has appointed Ken Plasterer to the position of plant manager.
Prior to joining Robroy Industries, Plasterer spent more than 12 years working at Capacity of Texas, a manufacturer of terminal trucks, in Longview, Texas. Plasterer has extensive manufacturing experience, and has led diverse teams focused on safety, production requirements, cost savings, maintenance and human relations.
Plasterer’s specific career accomplishments include: directing manufacturing operations that generated $120 million in gross dollars, establishing operational policies, implementing process improvements to ensure superior quality, meet customer delivery expectations.
