GILMER, Texas — Robroy Industries is excited to welcome Kenny Espinosa as the newest Business Development Manager in the Raceway division. With over two decades of experience in sales, business development, and technical applications, Kenny offers a strategic and customer-focused approach to expanding Robroy’s market presence and product reach.
As a Business Development Manager, Kenny will play a vital role by spearheading initiatives to drive market share growth, uncover new business opportunities, and enhance overall sales performance. He will focus on developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives by strengthening relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, contractors, and end-users. Additionally, he will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create alignment between sales and Robroy’s broader business goals.
Kenny brings with him an impressive background in business development and sales engineering. Most recently, he served as a Business Development & Sales Application Engineer, where he focused on driving sales across key vertical markets, including food & beverage, OEMs, oil & gas, renewables, and data centers. His role involved delivering technical presentations and installer certifications, leading sales channel trainings, and managing relationships with key industry players. Prior to that, Kenny held leadership positions as a Senior Sales Representative, Account Development Manager, Outside Sales Representative, and Inside Sales Manager, where he developed and executed growth strategies, trained sales teams, and secured new business opportunities.
