BELDING, Mich. — Robroy Enclosures® has promoted Kiesha Coon to Scheduler/Buyer.
Coon has been with Robroy Enclosures® for the past 19 years. She joined the company in 2001 at the age of 19 as a temporary employee in the assembly department. She then was promoted to a full-time position on a first shift assembly bench, where she worked for the next five years. When the lead assembly position became available she was promoted again and served as the lead for 14 years until she was promoted, this year, to Scheduler/Buyer.

She will place and guide materials on orders to ensure that everything flows through the proper departments until final assembly, ensuring that finished products ship on time.”
