CONSHOHOCKEN, Penn. — Rumsey Electric Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Transmission Engineering Company (TECO) headquartered in Hatfield, PA. TECO will operate as an independent operating company for the foreseeable future.
The acquisition of TECO complements Rumsey’s automation and motion control business and expands its product offering into power transmission and power train components. TECO customers will experience the benefits of the significant resources at Rumsey’s disposal to provide additional sales support, product and application specialists and supporting services.
