
After 39 years with Schneider Electric, Gregg Keen, VP of Channel Sales, has announced his retirement. Jack McCauley has been appointed VP of Channel Sales effective April 1, 2025. Keen will stay with Schneider Electric through December 31, 2025, to assist with transition and special projects.
Mike Montanari, Vice President of Channel Development, expressed his gratitude for Gregg’s contributions: “Gregg has been vital to our channel strategy, building relationships that have driven Schneider Electric’s success. His leadership and expertise have had a tremendous impact, and we wish him the best in his well-deserved retirement.”
Throughout his tenure, Keen has been instrumental in building strong channel partnerships and driving sales growth. His impact on the company and the industry at large will leave a legacy. Reflecting on his time at Schneider Electric, Keen reflected that “it has been an incredible journey working with such a talented team and our valued channel partners. I’m proud of what we have built together, and I’m confident that the future is bright with Jack McCauley stepping into this role.”

With over 20 years of experience in energy management, smart building technologies, power distribution, and IT infrastructure solutions, McCauley has played a pivotal role in leading Schneider Electric’s East regional sales. His ability to drive business growth through strategic collaboration with sales leaders, channel partners, and product teams will be a key strength as he takes on this pivotal role.
Speaking about his new role, McCauley shared “I am honored to step into this position and build upon the incredible foundation that Gregg has established. I look forward to working with our channel partners and sales teams to continue delivering value to our customers.”
McCauley’s experience and leadership will benefit this role, working with the company’s extensive network of distributors as Schneider prepares to ramp up sales growth in North America.
