RUEIL-MALMAISON, France — Schneider Electric announced that it has finalized the sale of its Transportation Business, one of the recognized providers of mobility worldwide, to Kapsch TrafficCom AG. The business generated revenues of €125m in FY2015 and was consolidated under the Infrastructure business of Schneider Electric.
