GREENSBURG, Pa. — Scott Electric has announced the opening of its newest facility in Springfield, Ohio. The 100,000-square-foot center officially opened on June 14, 2025, further strengthening Scott Electric’s growing presence in the Midwest Region and enabling the company to better serve customers throughout the greater Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton, Ohio areas.
Housed in a newly renovated, modern facility, the Springfield branch was strategically selected for its central location among key metropolitan areas, allowing for improved delivery efficiency and broader inventory support. This expansion supports Scott Electric’s goal of providing faster turnaround times, deeper stock availability, and localized service to a wider range of customers.
“The decision to invest in Springfield was a clear one for us,” said Larry Shirey, President and CEO of Scott Electric. “This centrally located site positions us between several major cities, which will allow us to provide better service to our customers. We’re excited to become part of the local community and to further expand Scott Electric’s footprint in the Midwest.”
The Springfield branch is led by a highly experienced team: Tom Daniels, Sales Manager, and Scott Wagner, Warehouse Manager, who together bring more than 45 years of experience in the electrical industry. Their leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and supporting customer needs throughout the region.
This move highlights Scott Electric’s focus on growing its team, improving delivery capabilities, and strengthening relationships with customers across the Midwest.
