Sonepar Promotes Stanslaski to VP Business Transformation

CHARLESTON, S.C. — Sonepar announced that Stacy Stanslaski has been appointed Vice President Business Transformation within their Digital Enterprise organization, responsible for accelerating digital initiatives to make life easier and more productive for customers and associates.

Don Sarno, Senior Vice President Digital Enterprise Americas, commented on the transition: “Thanks to her experience leading a successful operating company, Stacy has a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve business and operational changes. Across every role she’s held, Stacy has demonstrated great aptitude for bringing solutions to market that add deep value for customers and associates. I look forward to more success as Stacy helps us evolve our technology landscape and accelerate our capabilities.”

In the newly created transformation role, Stanslaski will support the expansion of new technologies and omnichannel processes across Sonepar’s business in the U.S. Through broadscale interface with operating companies, she will enable widespread adoption of solutions that increase productivity, streamline processes and enable a best-in-class customer experience.

Stanslaski has served as President Viking Electric, a Sonepar company, for eight years and will continue leading the company until her successor is appointed.

Rob Taylor, President Sonepar Americas, added, “As Stacy begins this new chapter in her career, I have full confidence that the transition will be smooth and that Viking Electric will continue to drive for the success and innovation in operations that have defined their performance.”

With a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Stanslaski spent the early part of her career as Viking Electric’s corporate controller. From that position, she joined the Human Resources team, eventually took a role in sales leadership, and subsequently led Viking Electric through an ERP conversion. In 2017 she was promoted to President. During Stanslaski’s tenure as President, Viking Electric experienced significant growth. Viking Electric is conducting an internal and external search for a successor to lead the company into its next chapter
