CARROLLTON, Ga. – Southwire Company, LLC, announced today that it has completed the purchase of Genesis Wire & Cable based in Pleasant Prairie, Wis.

The acquisition of Genesis Wire & Cable was first announced by Southwire and Resideo Technologies, Inc. on September 19.
