STELPRO Receives Canada’s Best Managed Companies Award

SAINT-BRUNO-DE-MONTARVILLE, Quebec, Canada — °STELPRO received Canada’s Best Managed Companies designation for the sixth year in a row.

°STELPRO was first recognized as a Best Managed Company in 2014. In 2018, the company became a Gold Standard Winner, a recognition that has been renewed for 2019. The winners of the 2019 Best Managed Program represent the crème de la crème of companies owned and managed by Canadians with revenues exceeding $15 million that use strategy, expertise, and commitment to achieve sustainable growth.

“Thanks to our 2020 strategic plan, we’re now the top electric heating manufacturer in North America. We’re proud of this achievement and that our management and corporate culture are recognized across Canada,” says Yves Chabot, President of °STELPRO. “Our three pillars of development rest on operational excellence, the launch of innovative products and bold growth objectives. Our team’s expertise and leadership in all areas of electric heating and our commitment to creativity at all levels of the company support these actions. That’s how we deliver on the °STELPRO 360 comfort promise.”

In October 2018, the company announced a three-year, $24 million investment at its Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville plant. The project aims to boost its growth while increasing productivity and production capacity, in addition to creating 50 new jobs. Among other things, this investment will allow °STELPRO to add 65,000 square feet to its plant as well as continue to invest in automation and robotization.

With highly competitive benefits such as a continuous flow of new products and outstanding customer service, °STELPRO relies on strong and lasting relationships with its partners and customers to achieve its bold growth objectives. The company also invests constantly in brand awareness. With strong roots in Canada, °STELPRO has accelerated the rollout of a distribution network and a range of products in recent years to accelerate its implementation in the American market.
