SPOKANE, Wash. — Stoneway Electric Supply Company has been named 2013 Member of the Year by IMARK, a member-owned marketing group made up of over 1,100 independently owned electrical distributors throughout the United States.
IMARK Group, Inc., selected Stoneway Electric Supply for its most prestigious award at its recent annual meeting in La Costa, Calif. The 2013 award marks the fifth time that Stoneway Electric has earned the recognition.
“We’re determined to continually provide added value to customers and IMARK’s programs have allowed us to do that,” said Cliff Kelly, president and CEO of Stoneway Electric Supply. “Our success is the result of our firm commitment to our customers, suppliers, and the communities we serve.”
Criteria for the award include a commitment to training, excellence in corporate citizenship and active participation in IMARK programs.
“The award is earned by members that do an exemplary job of growing their purchases and sales of IMARK supplier products, by being actively involved in the member leadership of IMARK Group, and by actively involving their entire organization in support of IMARK Group’s mission and purpose,” said Bob Smith, president and CEO of IMARK Group.
