ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Patrick Davis, President and CEO of Summit Electric Supply announced that John Peterson has joined the company as its Vice President of Industrial Sales, effective August 14.
Peterson will report to and work closely with Senior Vice President of Sales, Robert Case, in growing the company’s industrial business throughout the Gulf Coast.
“I am excited that we were able to get John aboard,” remarked Davis. “His experience in the markets we serve, as well as his familiarity with Summit, will pay huge dividends moving forward.”
Peterson has strong ties to Summit, having served as President and CEO of Warren Electric Group several years prior to Summit’s acquisition of the company. Following his time at Warren, Peterson served as Vice President of Marketing at Cooper Industries, before moving over to Emerson Industrial Automation where he has been for the past 17 years, serving as Executive Vice President of Global Sales.
