LAFAYETTE, La. — Teche Electric Supply today announced that it has signed a purchase agreement with Reulet Electric Supply LLC and Chancellor Electric Inc. of Laurel, Mississippi to purchase the assets of Reulet Electric Supply in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
The addition of Reulet Electric will blend seamlessly into the company and provide customers with greater product options as well as enhancing Teche’s ability to service the Gulf coast.
Teche views this as an exciting opportunity not only for the Company, but for its customers, new and existing employees, suppliers, and its shareholders.
Each company has a strong family-owned, privately held, local history that dates back to when each was founded. It will blend the best of both companies into one.
The two companies have a strong commitment to their customers, employees, and suppliers.
Reulet Electric will be operated as a division of Teche Electric Supply.
