MOORPARK, Calif. — TestEquity, LLC, a provider of premium electronic test and measurement equipment and eMRO tools and supplies, announced that it has acquired Techni-Tool, Inc., a subsidiary of W.W. Grainger, Inc.
Founded in 1959 and based in Worcester, Pa., Techni-Tool employs approximately 200 people and offers nearly 25,000 electronic production supplies and related services to manufacturers in the electronics, telecommunications and medical services industries. With this acquisition, TestEquity is now one of North America's largest full-line stocking distributors of test and measurement equipment and eMRO tools and supplies.
