Fargo N.D. – Border States Electric (BSE) announces regional restructure of the employee-owned company. The new structure, consisting of four regions, will realign resources and establish a solid foundation for growth and expansion.

The four regions and the regional leadership are as follows:
- Northeast Region – Ken Rowland will continue to lead the region. There will be no change to the branches assigned to this region, which has 18 branch locations in Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. The regional corporate office is located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
- Northwest Region – Brad Kvalheim will continue to lead the region, which has 10 branch locations in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. The regional corporate office is located in Bismarck, North Dakota.
- South Central Region – Gary Daniel will lead the reconfigured South Central region which will include 19 branches in Tennessee, and parts of Texas and New Mexico. The regional corporate office is in Lubbock, Texas.
- Southwest Region – Matt Eddleman will continue to lead the reconfigured Southwest region which will include 14 branches in Arizona, Colorado, Utah and parts of Texas and New Mexico. The regional corporate office is in Phoenix, Arizona.
Tammy Miller, CEO said, “As we grew we created a patchwork of six regions with varying numbers of branches, resources and sales volume. Realigning our branches into four balanced regions will provide more resources closer to our customers and our employee-owners.”
BSE supplies products and services to construction, industrial and utility customers. The 100 percent employee-owned company is one of the largest electrical distributors in the U.S. Border States has more than 1,600 employees and 63 branches in 14 states. Corporate headquarters are located in Fargo, N.D.
