Sonepar USA, a subsidiary of the privately held Sonepar Group, announced today that Electrical Distributors (ED) has signed an agreement to join Sonepar USA.
Founded in 2008, ED is headquartered in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX with locations in both Irving and Houston, TX. ED is an independently-owned and operated electrical supply company that provides top electrical components from quality manufacturers to serve the electrical contractor, industrial, institutional and end-user markets.
ED offers a variety of value-added services to assist its customers with the challenges they sometimes face that are outside the normal supply chain. These services include, but are not limited to, kitting, inventory replenishment, storage and after hours support.
ED will continue to operate as a standalone brand, reporting to Sonepar USA. Halsey Cook, President of Sonepar USA, said, “We are excited to have ED join the Sonepar USA family.
