United Electric Supply Announces Leadership, Management Changes

WILMINGTON, DE — United Electric Supply (United) announces several leadership and management transitions effective January 1, 2025. The promotions reinforce the company’s commitment to investing in employee owners, operational excellence, and driving continued innovation. These changes position United for long-term growth while supporting its mission of delivering exceptional service grounded in courtesy, knowledge, and ethics.

Executive Transitions

Lindsey Cropper, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Lindsey joined United in 2016 as Corporate Recruiter and was promoted to Manager of Talent Acquisition in 2019. In 2022, she advanced to Vice President of Human Resources and was elected to the United Electric Board of Directors. Since joining United, she has provided leadership across all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, development, benefits, and organizational initiatives.

Recognized for her proven contributions and sustained performance excellence, Lindsey’s responsibilities will expand to advance strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the employee-owner experience and culture, strengthening HR programs and processes, and partnering with leaders across the organization to support continued growth and long-term success.

Susan Kerner, Vice President, Technology & Data Strategy

Susan joined United in 2021 as Director of Pricing and Data Analytics and was promoted to Director of Data Analytics & Digital Innovation in January 2025. Over the past year, she has led major IT initiatives, implemented key digital solutions, and collaborated with teams across the organization to support evolving business needs.

In her new role, Susan will provide strategic leadership for technology and data initiatives, digital advancements, and ensure the organization’s systems and data capabilities scale with its growing business.

Management Transitions  

Montana Nuble, Senior Regional Service Center (RSC) Manager

Montana has demonstrated outstanding leadership in operations as RSC Manager since joining United in 2023. He will continue to lead the Culpeper Regional Service Center, where he supported significant growth in their service capabilities. In his expanded role, Montana will apply his expertise in technology testing and implementation, process improvements, and training to all RSC locations.

Dave Wilson, Director of Purchasing

Dave joined United in 2018 as a Buyer and was promoted to Manager in 2020. He has guided the Purchasing team through major supply chain challenges while deepening vendor relationships and strengthening data-driven purchasing processes.

Building on his consistent performance and impactful contributions, as a Director, Dave will strengthen purchasing operations, ensuring strong supplier performance and implementing strategies that deliver value and support United’s expanding organizational needs.

Lloyd Badson, Warehouse Manager, New Castle

Since joining United last year, Lloyd has overseen warehouse operations with a focus on continuity and efficiency. In his new role, he will manage all aspects of warehouse operations—including safety, staffing, inventory control, and process improvements—while furthering the company’s commitment to operational excellence and customer service.

Elaine Jorstad, Manager, Pricing & Contracts

Elaine joined United in 2019 as a Pricing & Data Analyst. Her transition into leadership reflects a strong track record of strengthening processes, fostering collaboration, and driving clear communication. In her new role, Elaine will oversee all pricing and contract management functions, enhance pricing strategies, and collaborate closely with sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and organizational alignment.

Maria Sabatino, Manager, Human Resources Operations

Maria joined United in 2019 through United’s Summer Internship Program and became a full-time employee shortly thereafter. She began as a Talent Coordinator, transitioned to Quality Specialist in 2022, and returned to Human Resources (HR) in 2023 as an HR Generalist.

In her new role, Maria will oversee and enhance HR operations, lead projects, support benefits administration along with compliance efforts, and serve as a senior resource for complex inquiries.
