Universal Electric Corporation Adds Two Integral New Roles

CANONSBURG, Pa. — Universal Electric Corporation (UEC) has welcomed two new additions to its sales team: Adrian Sanchez as industrial segment sales manager and Aaron Norris as territory sales manager for Northern Virginia and Washington DC.

“The continued adoption of Starline products in the mission critical industry, and in particular the Washington DC and Northern Virginia area, has been growing steadily—which is why we are excited to have Aaron join our team,” said VP of Sales Lance Sabados. “In conjunction with enhancing our support of our customer base in this area, we are also placing a greater focus on the industrial applications for both our Starline and U-S Safety Trolley products and believe Adrian is the perfect fit to do so.”

Before joining UEC, Sanchez held a variety of roles throughout his nearly 20 year long career, including manufacturing, sales and product engineering. He has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA. Sanchez’ diverse background and experiences will aid him well in his new position.

Territory Sales Manager Aaron Norris has previously held a number of sales positions, all of which have included selling electrical products into the Northern Virginia and Washington DC market. Prior to his sales roles, Norris proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for eight years, and holds a B.A. degree in Political Science.

UEC is excited to embrace its growth by welcoming talented and experienced individuals to the company. The ultimate intention of these two new positions is to work toward strengthening its product offerings and continuously improving customer experience.
