Today, Viking Electric has 22 branch facilities throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, including its original location on Broadway in St. Paul.

Sonepar currently has 168 companies operating in 36 countries on five continents. Sonepar recognizes and incorporates the values that allow independent distributors to thrive. Viking Electric continues to operate at a local level, while enjoying the support of a successful global organization.
Greg Hames, Midwest Regional President stated, “I feel extremely fortunate to have been part of Viking Electric Supply for almost 40 years, of its 50 year history. Being the first choice of our customers has always been Viking’s goal and I’m proud to say that our associates work to ensure that goal is met every day.”
