Warshauer Adds Epicor Specialist to IT Team

Santos Santiago

TINTON FALLS, N.J. — Warshauer Electric Supply, a New Jersey-based electrical wholesaler, is pleased to announce the addition of Santos Santiago, who will assume the role of Epicor Specialist, a newly created position. Santiago will join Bill Slowey on the Information Technology team.

Santiago’s primary focus will include, but not be limited to, everything pertaining to Epicor Eclipse, as well as the supporting programs and functionality, such as Job Management, RF Warehouse, Document Imaging, Starship, EDI, Web Integration, Mobile Eclipse, Forms, VisiFax, ABS, Innovo, and FormScape. He will play an important role in continuing employee Epicor Eclipse training and improving upon problem-solving techniques, all while making the company more efficient and productive in a much shorter timeframe. Additionally, Santiago will play a key role as Warshauer rolls out RF Warehouse functionality.

Santiago joins Warshauer with a wealth of knowledge and experience with Epicor Eclipse. He recently held a similar role with Halco Lighting Technologies based in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that, he was the Senior Consultant, Epicor Eclipse, for Hughes Supply, which was eventually acquired by Home Depot and became Home Depot Supply (HDS).

“With 19 years of Epicor Eclipse experience at both the manufacturing and distribution levels, we are extremely lucky to have Santos join our team at this critical point in our Epicor roll-out,” says Jim Dunn, Executive Vice President.

Jim Warshauer, President, commented, “We felt it was critical to add this role to our IT Department, as Epicor Eclipse will be the backbone of everything we do for many years to come and this program will equip us to handle any obstacles the future throws at us. With such a large initial investment to purchase this platform, and the countless hours to train and implement, it was a no-brainer to add this position to our company, in what will quickly become a vital role. We are extremely lucky to have such a qualified individual join our team, especially considering his need to relocate to NJ.”

Santiago will be based out of Warshauer’s Tinton Falls location and will report directly to Jim Warshauer and Jim Dunn.
