TINTON FALLS, N.J. — Warshauer Electric Supply, a New Jersey-based electrical wholesaler, is pleased to announce the expansion and redevelopment of its Management Team. For many years, Warshauer Electric has been run by a small network of individuals, but with growing business and growing demands, it has developed a need for a new level of management to help better guide, coach, and mentor its employees. This new Management Team at Warshauer Electric will consist of Ryan Schumann, Anthony Kurilla, Mike Zara, and Mike Warshauer.
Ryan Schumann is brand new to the Warshauer Team and assumes the role of Sales Manager. Schumann earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Susquehanna University and has been employed by Greenlee for the last 2 years as its National Account Manager. Prior to Greenlee, Schumann worked at Cooper Electric as an Outside Salesmen and spent 5 years at TTI Techtronic/Milwaukee Electric Tools. “Ryan has a wealth of experience in sales and sales management, which will enable him to make an immediate impact on our general sales force,” says Jim Dunn, Executive Vice President.
Anthony Kurilla has been promoted to Operations Manager. Kurilla has been a part of the Warshauer Team for twelve years. “He continues his steady rise through the ranks at Warshauer and has become an invaluable member of our organization across many different capacities,” says Dunn. Kurilla has taken on numerous corporate responsibilities in addition to whatever current role he was in, and always manages to excel and exceed expectations every step of the way.
Mike Zara has been promoted to Business Development Manager. Zara has been a part of the Warshauer Team for nine years and has excelled at numerous corporate roles during his time here, including Strategic Pricing, Epicor Lead Training Team, and Automation Specialist. “Mike has been an irreplaceable asset to the Warshauer Team, being our ‘go-to’ guy for new products while maintaining his position as a top inside salesperson,” says Dunn.
Zara will work closely with Schumann, Kurilla, and the current General Manager, Mike Warshauer, to guide and grow the organization for many years to come.
Mike Warshauer assumes his consistent, but constantly evolving, role of General Manager. “I’m super excited to work alongside such a talented group of individuals,” says Warshauer.
The new Management Team will be based out of Warshauer’s Corporate Headquarters, located at 800 Shrewsbury Avenue in Tinton Falls and will report to Dunn.
