Warshauer Promotes and Reorganizes Departments

TINTON FALLS, N.J. — Warshauer Electric Supply announced major role reorganizations and promotions throughout several departments in the company, including Operations, Counter Sales and Commercial Lighting, effective immediately.

Operations

Anthony Kurilla

Anthony Kurilla has been the Corporate Counter Manager across all five Warshauer locations for two years and has officially been promoted to the Branch Manager of Warshauer Electric’s Headquarters, Tinton Falls. Anthony has done an outstanding job at Warshauer over the last twelve years and we believe taking the reins at our corporate Headquarters is a natural next step in his career growth. As we begin this transition, Anthony will work closely with the Executive Vice President, Jim Dunn, and the President, Jim Warshauer, to define his new role and responsibilities.

Courtney Gibbs

Jason Clayton

Courtney Gibbs has held Assistant Warehouse Manager responsibilities since June of 2015 as a Warehouse Associate in the Tinton Falls branch. He will now take on the role of the Tinton Falls Warehouse Manager. “Courtney has been a member of the Warshauer team for over three years and has always exemplified a great work ethic and knowledge for our business. He has earned great respect from his coworkers,” says Jim Warshauer. We are incredibly excited about Courtney’s passion and commitment to this position. Jason Clayton, former Warehouse Associate, will assume the Assistant Warehouse Manager role, as Courtney’s right-hand man.

Counter Sales

Jules Calhoun

Jules Calhoun has been working in the Tinton Falls branch as a Warehouse Associate for a little over a year. He has displayed his drive and work ethic in our warehouse, as well as in attending Lincoln Tech at night to earn an Associate’s degree as an Electronic Systems Technician (EST). Jules has been promoted to Sales Professional at the Lakewood Counter and we are excited to see him take on this new role.

Commercial Lighting

Stacey Warshauer

Carol Fernandez has been working as a Commercial Lighting Specialist based out of the Parsippany branch since February of 2006, while Stacey Warshauer has been working as a Commercial Lighting Specialist based out of the Tinton Falls branch. “To insure the future growth and strength of this vital department, we need more leadership roles,” says Jim Warshauer. Carol Fernandez is taking on the role of the Commercial Lighting North Manager and Stacey Warshauer is taking on the role of the Commercial Lighting South Manager. “Stacey and Carol will work together to guide the entire group as we look to close the year out on a high note and begin the challenges of a new year on a new computer system,” says Jim Dunn.

Sam Marascio

Sam Marascio started with Warshauer in May of 2016 and has had a meteoric rise in the company, starting as a Tinton Falls Counter Sales Professional, moving on to Lakewood as the Lakewood Counter Coordinator, and now being promoted into Commercial Lighting. Sam earned his LS1 certification while working at the counter and is currently working on earning his LS2 certification. We are very pleased to announce that Sam has accepted the position of Commercial Lighting Sales Specialist.

It’s an exciting time at Warshauer with the number of role re-organizations and promotions occurring, and that have yet to occur. “We are always most pleased to promote from within, and these are all examples of that,” says Jim Warshauer. We are thrilled to see the impact these individuals will have on the sustainability and growth of Warshauer Electric.
