Werner Electric Supply welcomes Paula Boerschinger as the new Northeast Customer Service Manager. Boerschinger will be responsible for managing customers’ experiences in in Werner’s Green Bay, Wisc. and Iron Mountain, Mich., locations by developing, guiding, and monitoring the Customer Service and Branch Operations teams. She will also assist the Territory Manager in analyzing a plan for growth at the branch in regard to sales targets and implement best practices.
Boerschinger’s previous work experience includes Customer Service Manager for RR Donnelley, and Georgia Pacific, both located in Green Bay, Wisc. She brings more than 20 years of customer service experience with her to Werner Electric.
