PITTSBURGH—WESCO International, Inc. (NYSE: WCC) announced today that WESCO Distribution, Inc. has completed the previously announced acquisition of Hill Country Electric Supply, an electrical distributor focused on the commercial construction market in Central and South Texas, primarily in the Austin and San Antonio regions. This acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings by approximately $0.05 per diluted share in the first year of operation.
