PITTSBURGH, Pa. — WESCO International, Inc. announced that WESCO Distribution, Inc. has completed the previously announced acquisition of Atlanta Electrical Distributors, an Atlanta-based electrical distributor focused on the construction and MRO markets. This acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings by approximately $0.03 per diluted share in the first year of operation.
