PITTSBURGH /PRNewswire/ — WESCO International, Inc., a provider of electrical, industrial, and communications MRO and OEM products, construction materials, and advanced supply chain management and logistics services, announced that WESCO Distribution, Inc., through its wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary, has completed the previously announced acquisition of Hazmasters, Inc., an independent Canadian distributor of safety products servicing customers in the industrial, construction, commercial, institution and government markets. This acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings by approximately $0.05 per diluted share in the first year of operation.
