Willis joined the family business in 1969, following in the footsteps of his father, Willis J. Milner III. At just 22 years old, Willis was thrust into a leadership role in 1977 following his father’s passing. Rising to the challenge, he proved himself a natural leader, driven by old-fashioned values and an astute business sense. Under his guidance, UES flourished, built on a foundation of long-standing relationships—some spanning over seven decades—and a team of intensely driven professionals with boundless enthusiasm for their work.
Willis’ career is marked by numerous noteworthy victories, from navigating challenges with resilience to fostering innovation and professionalism within our team. He has always credited UES’s success to the dedication of our hardworking and inspirational staff, as well as the enduring partnerships we’ve cultivated. Looking ahead, Willis remains tremendously optimistic about UES’s future, confident in the team’s ability to continue delivering excellence.
