The Winsupply Family of Companies has welcomed a new Local Company in a bustling Mid-Atlantic market with the opening of Winsupply of East Baltimore.
Winsupply of East Baltimore opened its doors on June 1, 2026, at 7475 Lake Drive, in a space recently vacated by Baltimore Windustrial. President Jason Brown and his 12 employees serve the fire suppression and fabrication and sprinkler needs of Baltimore and its surrounding cities.
Winsupply of East Baltimore occupies a 44,000 square-foot property that includes two buildings with a will-call counter, warehouse, and fabrication shop.
Brown employs two outside salespeople, two drivers, two warehouse employees, two office workers, and four fabrication shop people. He is looking to add another driver to his team.
After 20 years in corporate and leadership roles at a national pharmacy chain, Brown decided to pivot to a new career. He joined the Winsupply family at Baltimore Windustrial, which is owned by his brother Vince Brown, in November 2024.
From day one, Jason Brown’s goal was to become a Local Company President and own his own company. He was drawn to the prospect of the Spirit of Opportunity: the chance to risk your own money, gain equity, and run your own wholesaling company to pursue the American Dream, with help from Winsupply.
“I didn’t need any convincing that entrepreneurship and the Spirit of Opportunity was real because I already saw my brother become a Local Company President and the ways it changed his life,” Jason Brown said.
Vince Brown said his brother had to earn everything during his journey. Jason Brown fully immersed himself in every aspect of the warehouse, operations, and sales to learn everything about Winsupply and wholesale distribution.
“He will outwork anyone around him,” Vince Brown said. “I knew his leadership experience from corporate America would flourish even greater in the Winsupply environment that provides so much autonomy.”
Jason Brown leads his team with the approach of taking initiative and putting customers and employees first.
“If you treat people bad, they’re going to treat your customers bad,” Jason Brown said. “If you treat your people right and take care of them, they’re going to treat your customers right and take care of you in return.”
Winsupply of East Baltimore is one of the region’s only Victaulic grooved line product distributors, the demand for which has expanded the Local Company’s size and market presence.
Vince Brown’s Baltimore Windustrial originally shared the same space with Winsupply of East Baltimore. At the end of August, his company moved to a larger building at 201 Carroll Island Road in Middle River, Maryland, to accommodate its current volume and fuel future growth.
Winsupply of East Baltimore and Baltimore Windustrial will continue to strengthen the local market together.
Jason Brown says he plans to host a customer appreciation and grand opening event in spring 2027.
