FLORENCE, Ky. — Since Wiseway Supply now has seven locations to supply material needs, it has started promoting a “Know Before You Go” approach. The company has added an “RLC” (Residential and Light Commercial) label to some of its locations to help clarify which products are stocked at different locations. Stocked products can now be identified at individual locations through the company’s name—Wiseway Supply or Wiseway Supply RLC.
The Florence, Ky. and the Blue Ash, Ohio locations will be known as the “Large Commercial”branches. They will be able to supply large commercial products and residential products from their warehouses.
All of their other locations—Dry Ridge, Ky., Harrison, Ohio, Franklin, Ohio, Hamersville, Ohio, and their new location in West Union, Ohio—will be tailored to the needs of the “Residential and Light Commercial” customers, with products available for their immediate needs, and will be designated with the initials “RLC”.
“We are excited to have this new ‘Know Before You Go’ approach along with the additional ‘RLC’ after the name,” said John Cain, President of Wiseway. “This clarification in the name is how we knew we could get across more clearly the products the customers can expect to have when just showing up at these locations.
