Van Meter continues preparations to enter the Kansas City electrical distribution market by yearend and announced that Steve Worden will join the company’s construction services team as a Contractor Account Manager in Kansas City on November 4.
A business development professional with more than 20 years of experience in construction, sales, and design, Worden will work closely with local electrical contractors, project developers, architects, and engineers to promote Van Meter’s value-add, solution-based offering.
Worden is no stranger to electrical distribution as, prior to joining Van Meter, he worked in sales leadership roles at ABB Electrification Products, Thomas & Betts, and Southwire. Worden knows the industry, the customers and Van Meter.
