Acuity Brands Canada Named 2018 IMARK Canada Vendor of the Year

ATLANTA — Acuity Brands, Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Acuity Brands Lighting Canada, Inc., was selected as the IMARK Canada’s (“IMARK”) 2018 “Vendor of the Year,” receiving the award at IMARK’s Annual Meeting. The prestigious Vendor of the Year award recognizes Acuity Brands Lighting Canada’s industry-leading support in sales, service, marketing, and product excellence over the past 12 months.

As a member-owned, member-governed marketing group of wholesale electrical distributors, IMARK represents more than 3,000 distributor locations. The award winner was selected by IMARK’s member companies. Criteria in rating preferred suppliers were items such as: annual sales growth and overall performance, marketing support for IMARK programs, new product promotion and communication activities, IMARK member training and sales engagement, and creative efforts to serve new IMARK members.
