St. LOUIS—Today the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) announced that Anita Barnes-Fox, Membership vice president, will retire effective July 8, 2016. Brian Peters, currently senior regional manager, will assume the role of Membership director.

I personally want to thank the membership team as well as the engaged staff at NAED for their assistance on behalf of the membership during my tenure.” |
Barnes-Fox has been with NAED for 14 years. She has been instrumental in establishing and implementing membership programs, task forces, and educating members about the association’s products and services.Peters has been with NAED since 2008 and has primarily served as NAED’s Eastern Region Manager. Over the past year, he had the opportunity to assist Barnes-Fox with the preparation for NAED board meetings, strategic conference planning, and most recently participated in the NAED strategic planning process.

NAED is the trade association for the $70+ billion electrical distribution industry. Through networking, education, research, and benchmarking, NAED helps electrical distributors increase profitability and improve the channel. NAED’s membership operates in approximately 5,100 locations internationally.
