FARGO, N.D. – The Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce presented the ChamberChoice Business of the Year Award to Border States Electric (BSE) at its annual Awards Luncheon in Fargo, N.D.
The ChamberChoice Award recognizes the best of the best businesses in the Fargo, Moorhead and West Fargo areas. Winners embody excellence through proven growth or stability, innovation, creativity, community leadership and achievements.
“I’m delighted that we have been recognized as a company that makes a significant impact, drives economic growth and helps make our communities better places to work, live and do business,” said Tammy Miller, CEO. “I am proud of our employee-owners who exemplify what is best in America; they work hard, find creative solutions for our customers, share in the benefits of employee ownership, and give back to our communities.”
In addition to receiving the Business of the Year Award, Border States also received an honor for being one of the three finalists for the Young Professionals Best Place to Work Award. The awards recognize both the benefits of an employee-owned business and the philanthropic nature of the BSE culture.
