FARGO, N.D. – Kelly Rudolf has been named senior IT manager for Border States Electric (BSE).
Rudolf joined BSE in 2003 and has held the positions of IT tech IV, senior network engineer, network supervisor and IT infrastructure manager. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Tom Nelson has joined Border States Electric (BSE) as corporate communications director responsible for corporate communications and public relations. Tom will develop and implement a corporate communication strategy to support the company’s strategic growth plans.
Tom has extensive experience in public and media relations, having worked as State Director and Communications Director for a former Congressman and as Assistant to House Majority Leaders in the North Dakota House of Representatives.
Tom and his wife Andrea, live in Fargo, North Dakota and have four children. Tom recently joined the Board of Directors for the Village Family Service Center.
