FARGO, N.D — Kelly Dawson joined Border States on August 13 as Senior Vice President Human Resources. Dawson leads the Human Resources team and provides vision, direction, and leadership for the employee-owned company’s talent strategy. She is also a member of their Executive Committee and Officers Council.
“I am honored to join Border States,” Dawson said. “And I look forward to working, learning and building this company alongside all employee-owners.”
Prior to joining Border states, Dawson was the Vice President Human Resources at Noridian Healthcare Solutions. She was responsible for over 2,000 employees in 44 states. Before joining Noridian, Kelly held human resources leadership positions in the manufacturing, healthcare and food industries.
Dawson is a Florida native and a graduate of Stetson University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She earned a master’s degree from Claremont Graduate University.
